Hadco Industries, Inc., warranties all new products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the sooner of:

a. 12 Months after delivery to the original user
b. 18 Months after shipment by Hadco Industries, Inc.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to, at our option, the repair or replacement of any parts which, under normal use and maintenance, prove to be defective in material or workmanship, and only when such parts are returned to us, or to a point designated by us, transportation prepaid, subject to our inspection and approval.

This warranty does not obligate us to bear the cost of transportation charges in connection with the replacement or repair of defective parts, nor shall it apply to normal wear nor to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, or accident, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered outside of our factory so as, in our judgment, to affect its performance.

We make no warranty in respect to items not of our manufacture. These items are subject to warranties of their respective manufacturers through their respective service organizations.

We shall in not event be liable for consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out of the failure of any equipment or parts to operate properly.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular use.
